Quality Assurance
When We Purchase
Stage 1 - Farm visits
The process of quality check starts right from the farm. We have a dedicated team that goes on farm visits throughout India and interacts with farmers to obtain their opinions on the quality of soil and suitable weather conditions for new crops.
Stage 2 - Raw material acquisition
The second stage involves the procurement of raw materials. All basic materials are acquired with immense care from either the market or directly from the farmers.
Stage 3 - Processing and packaging
Next, we have a team of specialists wholly dedicated to processing, packing, and loading. Throughout the procedure, we are extremely alert to make sure no extraneous matter is spotted in our cargo.
Stage 4 - Shipping
Finally, for the shipping process, we use third-party certification and our in-house checklists to inspect every container we use to ship the cargo. All containers are thoroughly checked to meet food safety standards before transportation.
When We Cultivate
Stage 1 - Soil Preparation & Sowing
We test and improve soil using organic fertilizers, then plow it for sowing. High-yield, disease-resistant seeds are planted at the right depth and spacing.
Stage 2 - Crop Management & Growth
Crops are irrigated using drip, sprinkler, or flood methods. Weeds are removed manually, and organic pesticides are used. Natural fertilizers like cow dung manure and neem cake enhance growth.
Stage 3 - Harvesting & Sorting
Crops are harvested manually or mechanically at peak maturity. High-quality produce is carefully sorted and graded for export.
Stage 4 - Cleaning, Packaging & Storage
Harvested crops are cleaned, sun-dried if needed, and packed in moisture-proof, export-grade bags. They are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses until shipping.
